Skinny Jeans::

 Skinny jeans- they look awesome (on most people) but are they really worth it???::

 "Constant pressure from the tight denim jeans cuts off the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve create the nerve condition called 'meralgia paresthetica" 

So basically, and a bit more descriptively known as "tingling thigh syndrome." 

The lateral femoral cutaneous nerve runs from the outside of the pelvis and through the thigh. When compressed, it causes a numb, tingling, or burning sensation along the upper leg.

Tingling thigh syndrome is more common in construction workers who wear heavy work belts, pregnant women, or those who are obese. Over the past few years though, more and more healthy women are complaining of symptoms due to their tight skinny jeans. High heels, often worn with skinny jeans, complicate the issue since they tilt the pelvis forward, increasing pressure on the nerve.

So tell me are those super tight skinny jeans really worth it?

Most of the Black women have good curly hair but is difficult to maintain. Straightening of hair is a good option which is easy to manage and maintain. Most of the women do not prefer to use hot combs or chemicals to straighten their hair in such case, flat iron is the best option. It gives different options to black woman by giving them different styles.

The easiest way to making a curly hair straight is flat iron. One should be very cautious while using the device as it uses heat to make the hair straight. Thermal spray should be used to protect from over heat. It also protects the hair from split ends, dry and brittle hair. There are some oils made for this purpose apart from sprays which is helpful to maintain good hairstyle. Ironing rods comes in two types ceramic and metal. Though metal model gives smooth finishing, ceramic tools are used. Ceramic stylers are expensive when compared to the metal rod but gives the best result.

Straight look is the best hair style if anyone is having medium hair. Once the sectioning and hair comb is done by using clips flat iron should be used from root to the end. Pressure should be put accordingly more pressure is applied at the root and should reduce at the end of the hair approaches. Comb should be done after ironing to cool the hair.

Flat iron is not only used to straighten the hair but also to curl. Grip the hair at the root and twist the flat iron so as the back of the iron is the head. And coming down to ends it can be turned according to the different hair styles.

Faux Hawk hair style is best suited for short hair. Direction of combing should be from top of the head to the face. Once this is done next step is to apply device in forward and upward motion to the different sections of the hair which will form the Faux Hawk hair style.

If one wishes for a spiked look style, sectioning of the hairs is the first step and gripping the root of the hair and pull upwards is the next step. The iron should be rolled at the end of sections of hair so that they do not stand straight and can be rolled in different direction to get different look.

Frequent use of straightening rods is not good for hair limited to only special occasions or events though it is the best way to straighten the curls of Black women.
